makelocalrc with Xcode 11

I did clean install my MacBook by Catalina with Xcode v11.
Then PGI-194.dmg installer don’t make ‘localrc’.

I run makelocalrc myself.
But …

Error: Unsupported XCode version 11

I wish fix it.

Hi ixy,

PGI 19.4 only supports up to XCode 9.x while later 2019 PGI release added support for XCode 10.x. We’re expecting to have support for XCode 11 early next year.
