Mellanox ConnectX-2 Ethernet Adapter  : The device cannot start (Code 10)

Hi,

I am facing an issue with the Mellanox ConnectX-2 Ethernet Adapter driver.

Device Type: ConnectX2

Part Number : MNPA19_A1-A3

PSID : MT0F60110010

PCI Device Name: mt26448_pci_cr0

FW Version : 2.9.1200

I installed the 4.8 driver for windows 7 (64 bit) for ConnectX-2 EN with firmware 2.9.1200 after checking the compatibility on the following page :http://www.mellanox.com/page/winof_matrix?mtag=windows_sw_drivers http://www.mellanox.com/page/winof_matrix?mtag=windows_sw_drivers

In device manager,it is showing me the driver version as 4.95.10777.0 and the driver name as Melanox ConnectX-2 Ethernet Adapter with a yellow sign.

The device cannot start (Code 10). I have attached an image showing the device manager status and the mlxfwmanager query information.

How to rectify this?

Hi,

The issue has been sorted out. I tried it on a different system and driver

was successfully installed.
