my jetson tx2 auto shutdown when i run a few minute

hi all
my jetson tx2 auto shutdown when i run a few minute .1-2 minute . and then i can’t startup when i check power on key …i can startup but after must waitting for a few minute pls help me .

  • Is this running L4T R28.1 (has the board been flashed to the newest version)?
  • Is this running on the developer carrier board?
  • Is the power supply the one which comes with the developer kit?
  • What is the environment like...is the temperature higher than normal?
  • What kind of work load is going on when the Jetson shuts down?
  • What kind of connectivity do you have for debug, e.g., ssh, serial console, local login?
