we use SDK manager cant load the system, has tried with SD card, its ok

What kind of module did you buy? There are two kinds of nano modules- a02 and b01.
A02 modules only have and can only boot from sdcard while b01 can only boot from emmc.
There is no modules that support to boot from both currently.

The emmc modules is not compatible with the sdcard devkit.
