My colleague has a Jetson Nano (production module) on an Aetina AN110 board. He had it all working and the USB keyboard and mouse were working. The next day, it will boot up but USB ports stopped working. He rebooted and still no luck. I got his board and plugged it in got the UART output and also got the dmesg -k -w log. Any reason why the USB wont work? Not sure if it is the board but thought maybe someone can help with these logs and identify why the USB stopped working. He had installed Jetpack 4.4
What is the difference between your log “sw_nano_dmesg_log.txt (61.1 KB)” and “sw_nano_dmesg_grep_usb_log.txt (10.8 KB)”? Are they really from the same log?
the wireless devices is not a usb, it is m.2 a & e device.
the aetina board is an110 and has two usb ports. when I do lsusb, I can see the two usb ports but it does not list the devices connected or even if it is, the devices connected are not working.
Actually, m.2 slot has a usb pin on it too as below log tells.
[ 1.927352] usb 1-3: New USB device found, idVendor=8087, idProduct=0a2b
[ 1.927357] usb 1-3: New USB device strings: Mfr=0, Product=0, SerialNumber=0
Please move your module to devkit, flash it with sdkmanager and see if it can work. If it can work, then this issue only happens to Aetina’s board. Please contact Aetina for help.
