I used Jetson Nano by using mouse and keyboard. But they don’t work now. I tried some USB devices, and I think that the USB ports of Jetson Nano don’t work.
I wonder if I can try something to make sure if there’s either a hardware problem or some other problems? I’ve tried to reinstall the system but the USB ports still didn’t work.

Is this a dev kit, or does it use a third party carrier board? If this is a third party carrier board, then you probably need to use their board support package (their BSP would use a different device tree than the one the dev kit uses, unless they are identical electrically). If this is a dev kit, it sounds like it worked for awhile, then stopped. If you can’t use USB, then you could post a serial console boot log.
