I would appreciate some assistance with NCA-GENL certification support case #01252649.
I am preparing for the NVIDIA Certified Associate: Generative AI LLMs (NCA-GENL) exam and need clarification regarding the official preparation materials. Some of the courses referenced in the certification study materials have been retired and are no longer available, and I need to know which current courses should be used as replacements and whether the current Study Guide and exam blueprint are still up to date.
I originally contacted NVIDIA Support about this issue on July 31, 2026, but received only an automated acknowledgment and no further response.
On August 24, I submitted a new case through the NVIDIA Training and Certification support form:

Unfortunately, I have still not received a response.
I also tried the educert@nvidia.com address linked directly from the official NCA-GENL certification page, but received an automated response stating that this email alias is no longer actively monitored and directing me back to the Enterprise Support Portal.
I need this information to continue preparing for the certification, so I would really appreciate it if someone could help escalate case #01252649 to the appropriate Training & Certification team.
