No screen output on Xavier A & B on Pegasus Drive

Hello,

I tried equip the Nvidia Drive Pegasus with ASUS ZenScreen Touch MB16AMT USB portable monitor (ZenScreen Touch MB16AMT｜Monitors｜ASUS Global). But the screen does not output anything.

The state Nvidia Drive Pegasus:

• I have installed Drive OS 5.2.0 (Install DRIVE with SDK Manager :: DRIVE Platform Installation Guide with NVIDIA SDK Manager)
• I followed successfully all the steps (including step 1.5)
  – run X server enable display
  – export DISPLAY:=0
• I used “minicom -D /dev/ttyUSB2” to inspect Xavier 2
• When I plug the HDMI cable: the minicom-terminal output following message:
  
  
• When I run “xrandr”, here is the output:
  
  
• Pluging the screen to Xavier B does not output anything. I think because I am inspecting Xavier A

The state of the screen:
Work normally with my laptop

Please help me.

Thank you for quick response. I tried with other screen: viewsonic VX3276-2K-mhd (https://www.viewsonic.com/fr/products/lcd/VX3276-2K-mhd). And it works.

However we need to set up the ASUS ZenScreen Touch screen for our application. Could you help me?

UPDATE 1:
After 2 minutes with the viewsonic screen. Minicom on Xavier A output this message:

Now my ASUS screen works too.

Hello,

Well, I have nothing much to share. Just remember to plug all the the peripheral devices (mouse, keyboard, screen) before turning on the Nvidia AGX platform.

For the screen, I can understand because the power source module is sensitive. But for other devices, Its quite strange because Linux is considered as a plug&play operating system.
