No SDK available for your account

Hi,
I tried to install the Drive AGX development. I could run the SDK manager and log in, however, I receive the message “No SDK is available for your account”.

I am member of the NVIDIA DRIVE™ Early Access Developer Program, threfore I cannot understand.

Best,
Sacha

Hi Sacha,

I am sorry, it seems this is a problem with your account. You should be able to download and install

  • DRIVE Software 1.0 for DRIVE AGX Developer Kit
  • DRIVE OS 5.0.10.3 Linux SDK for DRIVE PX 2

As soon as we have solved the problem, I will come back to you.

  • Fabian

Hi Sacha,

could you please verify, that you logged in correctly via DevZone and not via NVOnline?

  • Fabian

Hi Fabian,
Yes, I am logged via the DevZone. It takes a lot of time to give the error message.
Best,
Sacha

Hi Sacha,

the issue has been fixed, you should be able to log in and download our software.

Enjoy our platform.

Exactly the same happened to me… Could you help me as well? I don’t know what else to do… Help :(

Best,
Erick Zetina

Hi Erick,

You need to register with your company domain and check again.

Best regards,
Fabian

Hey Fabian,

I already did, and so far the same “OOPS! No SDKs are available for your account” still pops up after the login, the account I am using to log-in is the same account I used to access developer.nvidia.com and there it works fine… and yes there I have already member access to:

  • NVIDIA DRIVE Developer Program for DRIVE AGX → ID: 879192
  • NVIDIA Developer Program → ID: 874688

But even though I cannot seem to use the SDK Manager :/

Best regads,
Erick

Thanks for the quick reply, I will forward it internally.

Fabian

Thanks a lot Fabian!

Erick

For sure, I am afraid I cannot come back to you today. It is prioritized already, so I will let you know news asap.

Fabian

I’ll wait for your answer, thank you Fabian :)

Erick

Hi Erick,

Please do the following and let me know if you are logging in via DevZone or our Partners Portal:

  1. Login to SDK Manager
  2. Click on the name of the user (top right of SDK Manager)
  3. Select “Membership information”
  4. Send a screenshot

Also, please be sure you have installed the newest SDKM version from our website, so that we can exclude any errors from this side.

Other than that, we just published a new SDKM version which should have been automatically triggered an installation process via cron asking for a daily update.

Thanks.

Fabian

Hi Erick,

Any update from your side?

Fabian

Hallo Fabian! I am sorry I took so long to answer I had to change my computer and now it works! I am afraid it was probably something to do with the network configurations on my old computer…

But I am vey happy with the attention provided, thank you Fabian :)

Erick

Hi Erick,

Anytime and thanks for the update. I escalated your issue quite high, so I needed to ask for a quick update, thanks for your appreciation.

Best regards,
Fabian

Hi @304050118,

Please use your company domain email instead of @qq.com one. If still have any problems, please refer to User Account Membership Settings :: NVIDIA SDK Manager Documentation to share your membership information.

This topic is quite old so I’m closing it. If anyone still see the problem recently, please create a new one referring to this. Thanks!
