Cannot download SDK Manager due to missing authorization

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am able to login to the Membership areas and download documentation for AGX development.
However I am not allowed to download the SDK manager software.
Upon request to access, a page stating “Membership Required - You are not authorized to access this page.” is displayed.
I double checked my programs and I am listed in the “NVIDIA DRIVE™ Developer Program for DRIVE AGX”
Can you please check what went wrong.

Could you please let us know if you login to the DevZone or NVONLINE tab in SDKM?
You need to use the DevZone tab.

I logged in to
I was not even able to download or open SDKM.

State of now, it seems as if the error was resolved, even though nothing changed regarding my subscriptions to nvidia programs. Did you change anything?
