Not able to start WebRTC streaming on Omniverse Create

While starting the webrtc extension from Omniverse Create (2022.1.0-rc.22) running on AWS Virtual Machine, I’m receiving the following errors. And the popup comes up for which I have attached the screenshot.

OS - Windows 2019 Server
RAM - 64GB
GPU - Nvidia A10G
