NSight 5.1 in VS 2012 crashes during frame capture

In my Dell laptop with Quadro M1000M, I tried graphics debugging in a C# OpenGL 4.3 core program with NSight 5.1 (5.1.0.16062), Visual Studio 2012.
NSight crashed while doing frame capture. I am able to enter the HUD mode (Ctrl - Z) and on pressing Space - ‘Preparing to capture frame’ progress bar shows up and after a while it crashes with this info

Unhandled exception at 0x00007FFECEDCEB1D (Nvda.Graphics.Interception.dll)

I disabled Intel HD Graphics card and tried but I get the same crash.

Further, I verified in another desktop having NVIDIA Quadro 2000. Debugging is possible there.

What could be the problem. Any suggestions?
