Nucleus Enterprise Server Connection Issue: Unable to Connect to Server

I encountered the following error when running Nucleus Enterprise.
I can access the Nucleus Navigator, but I can’t connect to the server.
nucleus message.txt (103.3 KB)

I was following the installation guide here:

I downloaded and tried all three versions:
2023.2.7
2023.2.8
2023.2.9
https://catalog.ngc.nvidia.com/orgs/nvidia/teams/omniverse/resources/nucleus-compose-stack/version

My OS is Ubuntu 22.04.5

@dlindsey for help

Looking through the logs, the server never successfully starts. It keeps attempting to but shuts down.
A few questions -

  1. Is that Navigator running on the same machine you’re spinning up Nucleus on, or a different machine? If on a different machine, test first on the local machine Nucleus is on.
  2. Do you have the capability to reach the aws s3 bucket this is attempting to connect to (omniverse-production)? If not, please disable the REFERENCEMOUNT option.
  3. Are you using SSO/SAML integration, or just Nucleus authentication? If Nucleus authentication, make sure you run the generate secrets script prior to starting the server.
  4. Are you attempting to put this behind a proxy in some way? This is not supported, only our ingress router is supported.

Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
Actually, after I reinstalled the OS and set everything up again, it worked normally. So, I still have no idea what happened.
I didn’t change any settings outside of the steps in [Installing an Enterprise Nucleus Server]
Installing an Enterprise Nucleus Server — Omniverse Nucleus

  1. It was on the same machine.
  2. I guess no?
  3. Not using SSO/SAML.
  4. No
