Hi NVIDIA Team,
I am trying to benchmark video encoding capabilities onboard the Drive AGX Orin. Using the sample app nvm_iep_sci
, I am trying to encode a 4K video with pixel format IYUV to H265 using the default config file for H265 at UHP quality. When I run sudo tegrastats
, I am seeing it report NVENC off
during the encoding process. I instead notice one of the CPU core is going up to 100% when the encoding is in process. Is there any advice to get the encoding to be done on the encoding hardware or am I interpreting something wrongly here?
Thanks!
