Nvidia breaks the ubuntu 18.04

Hi there.
I have ubuntu 18.04, GEFORCE RTX 3090. For any version of the Nvidia driver that I install, the ubuntu get stuck in boot. Any help appreciated.

Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file to your post.

I installed NVIDIA drivers so many times and every time Ubuntu stuck in a black screen with blinking cursor. I tried almost all solutions in here and other sites, but no change happens!
Please kindly help me
