The terminal is not working and switching power modes not working, unable to load jetpack SDKs in the device
What does this mean?
The JetPack is a installed to install relevant development SDK into device, and it’s run on host PC via the SDK manager.
Please be more specific of your issue, also provide the JetPack SW version info.

yes same issue for me terminal is not opening and power switching modes also not showing. So then I removed all user files mistakenly using rm rf users command…after using that command i think entire files lost …now it is not even booting…nvidia screen is pop up.
Please use SDK manager to flash your device again.
I tried multiple times but flashing is completing up to 99%…even after waiting 2 hrs also for completing 100% from 99%. I don’t know what was the problem . Kindly suggest any other solution.
Sometimes it’s USB cable issue, can you try with another one?

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
