Nvidia Jetson Nano 2 GB : doesn't light on

Hi Nvidia,
I’ve just got my new Jetson Nano 2 GB from your store.
All needed was done: formatting and burning the 6.0 Go image to my 32G SD.
My power supply adapter is a raspberry standard one ( 5v, 3A).
When pluging my SD and connecting my jetson nano 2 GB to supply power, no thing is working and it does not light on.

I’m talking about Nvidia Jetson Nano 2 GB.

Please, help or should I return the device to the vendor.

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
