NVIDIA Jetson ORIN Nano RMA

Hello,
I am a student and I bought a Jetson Orin Nano 8GB Developer kit for a personal project about two months ago. Now the fan is no longer working and I am getting warnings about the board running hot. I smelled something burn out, but I have no idea what might have gone wrong. I’m also unable to access the GPU anymore. Are there any processes for me to get it replaced with the warranty?

I am happy to include any logs required. Thanks!

RMA Procedure:

  • Go to Support Home Page | NVIDIA
  • Select “Live Chat” from the options near the top of the page.
  • Enter your personal information.
  • Select the appropriate product from the drop-down list (“Tegra” in this case).
  • Submit the request.
  • If the Service agent is unable to resolve the technical issue, an RMA (Return Material Authorization) will be initiated.
