Have any of you experienced issues with the RMA process? I am trying to get my nano replaced since January and looks the support does not exist here at all. I sent my unit long time ago (fedex confirmed delivery) but seems nvidia lost the package… The chat option is a joke as well. Those guys know nothing, I followed up with them twice, was supposed to get response via email and, of course, I have not received anything. Seems the only option for me is to request a chargeback from Mastercard. Anyway, having in my the quality of support nv provides I strongly recommend to reconsider your decision of using nano commercially…
