What kind of hardware is this, notebook, desktop, server?
Ubuntu 16.04 is outdated and broken in regard to current nvidia drivers, what are the reasons to use this?

Razer Blade 2020 Early 2020 Advanced Version, Intel i7 10th gen, I am using it for ROS kinetic for Robot programming

link for laptop model

The 16.04 kernel doesn’t support your intel gpu. Please install Ubuntu 20.04 and use the ROS/Gazebo packages for it:
ROS noetic http://wiki.ros.org/noetic
Gazebo 11 http://gazebosim.org/tutorials?tut=install_ubuntu

where should I find the suitable kernel, I can update the kernel in ubuntu 16.04 itself

i need ros kinetic which is only usable for ubuntu 16.04 lot of support and packages are only there for Kinetic version
and I can update the kernel to 5.0+ if that is ok for nvidia i can update

Sticking in the past doesn’t make sense when doing robotics development, IMHO. http://wiki.ros.org/noetic/Migration

The problem is not just installing a newer kernel but installing a kernel that was compiled with the 16.04 gcc version, otherwise the nvidia driver will fail to compile.
You could try to get it to work using the kernel parameter
i915.alpha_support=1

does ubuntu 18.04 have support?

Yes, should work fine.

ok then let me install ubuntu 18.04 i will update you within 6 hours
