I am trying to install Jetpack 4.2 on my TX2 via SDK manager but the setup gives following errors attached in the image:

Download is failing. Are you behind a proxy or firewall? Basically a manifest is first downloaded, and then URLs from the manifest are used for the rest of the downloads.
