Nvsipl_camera display function cannot work on the default linux 6040

dear nv experts:
I receive the news devkit-p3710 arrive. I see that devkit have the default the dos version is that cat /etc/nvidia/version-ubuntu-rootfs.txt

so I try to run the nvsipl_camera and ./nvsipl_camera -c “V1SIM623S3RU3200NB20_CPHY_x4” -m ‘0x0001 0x0000 0x0000’ --showfps -0 -1 --disableISP2Output -R

but if I add the -d 1 . it report the error info:
