I created a new device driver following the pdk developer guide. When I try to run the nvsipl_camera sample after deploying the new query driver and camera device driver, I encountered the error below.

nvidia@tegra-ubuntu:/opt/nvidia/drive-linux/samples/nvmedia/nvsipl/test/camera$ ./nvsipl_camera
libnvsipl_query.so: CNvMPlatformCfgInfo.cpp : 65: ParseJson: Too many masks specified.
libnvsipl_query.so: CNvMQuery.cpp : 43: ParsePlatformConfig: Failed to parse a PlatformCfg
libnvsipl_query.so: CNvMQuery.cpp : 256: ParseDatabase: ParsePlatformConfig failed with error 1
nvsipl_camera: ERROR: INvSIPLQuery::ParseDatabase failed. status: 1

The query driver was created using the example sample provided.

PDK and camera driver development fall outside the scope of support provided on this forum. If you have access to the PDK, there are other support channels available to you. We recommend reaching out to the Nvidia team through the appropriate channel for assistance. Thank you.

Could you share me the channel where someone can support me on this problem?

Please contact your nvidia representative for the appropriate support channel information.
