llegal instruction

getting the above error and not able to get the camera feed in NVIDIA Drive AGX Orin Platform

I have verified the dependency of nvsipl and all are matched.Could some one can guide me what could be the issue and what should i do next.Please let me know if you required any further inputs here

May I know the camera module? The supported sensors are listed at DRIVE AGX Orin Sensors & Accessories | NVIDIA Developer

the sensor which is using here is Sony IMX728EVB-MLH-SMM2.

Did you check with Sony on supported DRIVE OS version and needed files to bring up the module?

The OS is compatible with the camera.I will recheck on the dependencies and files once again.
