Are you trying to boot from some external disk?
hi Wayne, nope, I’m always trying to boot from eMMC
Then why your kernel command line seems trying to boot from other devices?
[ 0.000000] Kernel command line: root=PARTUUID=0a48d1c2-71ee-4e0d-9d84-1da7853ddec4 rw rootwait rootfstype=ext4 mminit_loglevel=4 console=ttyTCU0,115200 console=ttyAMA0,115200 console=tty0
Oh, is there anything i can try to rule out more potential causes? The log above are generated by connecting 3 cables: power type c, flash type c and mini usb for serial logs.
No other peripherals were connected.
I notice you never showed us the flash command. Could you share it too?
Please do not share anymore screenshot. Pictures won’t help much unless it is graphic issue.
Always share the full text log as attachment.
Gotcha, sorry about that.
here is the env vars I set up in ~/.bashrc
export L4T_RELEASE_PACKAGE=Jetson_Linux_R35.3.1_aarch64.tbz2
export SAMPLE_FS_PACKAGE=Tegra_Linux_Sample-Root-Filesystem_R35.3.1_aarch64.tbz2
export BOARD=jetson-agx-orin-devkit
and, here is the flash command that were successful:
sudo ./flash.sh jetson-agx-orin-devkit internal
Hi,
I don’t know why there is a need to setup these parameters in bashrc. Our flash script does not take these as input either.
Honestly, how about you just use sdkmanager to help you download and prepare the BSP? This could prevent error from any mistake you did in handling the BSP by yourself.
yeah, sure, think those env vars were used to prepare the command flash source files. I can certainly try to re flash using SDKManager, and preserve the serial console logs. Will attached soon. Do you need any screengrabs of sdkmanager wizards as well?
There is a “EXPORT LOGS” button on sdkmanger wizard. You can use that to dump full text log.
just finished re flashing using sdkmanager. Please see the logs attached. Still getting kernel panic error.

Are you saying that this is Orin AGX 64GB module issue?
This is first time i purchsed a jetson unit, so im not sure what is causing this. And i got it from this exact link here
Could you file a new topic and tag Kevin and me there? I don’t think your topic is related to the current one.
