Orin nano os installation failed sdk manager?

I have orin nano 8bg module and carrier borad. I am installing jetpack 5.1.1 using sdk manager. But the installation is not running properly.

There is a export logs button on your sdkmanager. Click it and share the whole tarball here.

We need the log to tell what goes wrong because there could be various of causes.
Even connecting an invalid usb cable is possible.

Is this NVIDIA devkit or a custom board?

Are you the one who made this board or it is from specific vendor?

Sdkmanager only supports devkit and cannot directly flash custom board.

but we flashed two times with orin nano and xavier nx, now it’s not flashing

Dump the uart log during flash failure and let the uart log reveal what is happened.

If you are sure it’s a DevKit but just sold by Waveshare instead of NVIDIA, or you are sure the design of the carrier board is compatible with DevKits by NVIDIA, then dump the serial console log during flashing to know what happened.

If it’s not, then please contact Waveshare for the correct BSP and how to flash it.

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
