Orin Nano's USB0 can't be used as device

From the doc ,as Figure 7-1, Jetson_Orin_NX_Series_and_Orin_Nano_Series_Design_Guide_DG,

but when I use the circuit(just plug orin nano into JETSON NX devkit), connect devkit’s microB to PC, I can’t get the usb device on PC.

Could you try Orin Nano developer kit? Since Orin Nano has carrier board and there is type-C port on it. It shall enter device mode if you connect it to a host PC in Ubuntu(18.04 or 20.04 is suggested)

Orin nano devkit is OK, it is a complex full tyepC circuit, but I only want to use a simple usb2.0 device circuit as the design guide.

Do you use host PC in Ubuntu18.04 or 20.04? It is supposed to enter device mode if you connect to host PC in Linux OS.
