Persistent Overheating and Freezing on Dell Laptop with Hybrid Graphics

Hello,
I’m facing critical issues on my Dell laptop with Intel Core i9 13th Generation and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, using hybrid graphics (Intel + NVIDIA) on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS.
The system becomes very hot, then freezes completely often after running just one or two terminal commands. I am unable to use the system reliably for any GPU-intensive tasks.
Even after a clean install, just running one or two commands in the terminal causes the system to freeze especially when using the NVIDIA GPU.
first I installed ubuntu 22.04 LTS than 20.04 multiple times, than I reinstalled Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, and now 24.04.2, but the same issue occurs in all.

Installed several different NVIDIA drivers: 535, 550,575, 570 (recommended), current driver is 570.
Tried switching between on-demand and nvidia mode with prime-select.

Installed drivers via Ubuntu “Additional Drivers” and also via manual .run file.

Used nvidia-smi to enable persistence mode and set power limits, but the problem remains.

System Info:

please help me!!
