Hi NVIDIA team and moderators,
I am unable to complete phone (SMS) verification on build.nvidia.com to access my NVIDIA Developer account.
Account details:
- Registered email: thanhtan.spkt@gmail.com
- Country: Vietnam (+84)
- Phone number format tried: +84xxxxxxxxx
- Error message: This phone number has exceeded limits (on the very first attempt)
- Browsers tried: Chrome, Edge
I have not sent multiple OTP requests — this error appeared on the very first attempt to send the verification code.
Could a moderator or the accounts team please help manually verify my account or reset the phone verification restriction? I need access to use NVIDIA NIM APIs.
