Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am trying to generate a free NVIDIA NIM API key on build.nvidia.com for personal AI Agent development (accessing models like Kimi-K2.5, DeepSeek, etc.).
I am stuck at the phone verification step. Even on my **first attempt**, I immediately get this error when clicking "Send Code via SMS":
**"This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later."**
**My details:**
- Registered email: **lzhs1995@gmail.com**
- Phone number: **+86 18301952307**
- Location: **China (+86)**
I have tried:
- Waiting more than 24 hours and retrying multiple times
- Using incognito/private browsing mode
- Clearing browser cache and trying different networks
The error persists. This seems to be a common false-positive issue for +86 numbers (many similar threads in this category).
Could you please **manually whitelist my phone number** or **reset the verification limit** so I can receive the OTP and complete the API key generation?
