Adding a Manipulator

Detailed Description

I am trying Pick and Place controller Example with UR robot (instead of Franka) . But robot configuration of UR 10 robot is not correct as shown ,

Question: How we can improve/constraint the robot so that it goes to picking position in right configuration?
