Convert pick and place to standalone application

I want to convert the Adding a Manipulator Robot tutorial into a standalone Python application. Is this possible? If so, could someone provide guidance on how to achieve it?

I’m using Isaac Sim 4.1.0 on Ubuntu 22.04.
