Power off

i have jetson nx xavier dev kit , recently the jetson suddenly power off by itself and i dont know the reason. i suspect something but first i will tell what i tried. i thought that the powering off is when the board is max loaded it powers off to prevent overheating, but i tried to do stress tests on cpu and gpu and it worked very good and the temps didnt exceed 45deg

second thing , i think the reason is someway with usb ports as the powering off problems happens either when there is usb connected to the board or when i plug usb
there is no specific thing as it may keep working while i connecting 4 usb devices and sometimes it power off when plugging 1 device , it also doesn`t depend on the device (this can be happened while connecting any usb like mouse, camera, microcontroller) or the port this can be happened in any of the 4 usb ports.

i don`t know if it is a coincidence or not but i want help, please as i use the board in my graduation project :'.

this is vdd log after powering off

Sorry that I actually don’t know what you are talking about.

What does that mean “this is vdd log after powering off”?

dmesg only shows the log for your boot attempt. It won’t tell you why your board got powered off last time.
I mean the log you shared is just a “boot up” log around Sun Apr 6 15:59:02 2025. It does not mean anything related to a power off.

Also, are you sure this is a “power off” issue but not a “reboot” issue? These two mean totally different behavior.

A power off thing means it could be unstable voltage issue which is more related to hardware side.

But a reboot issue could be triggered from software.
