Hello.

I’m using Jetson Xaiver NX developer kit. I’m supplying power 12V with battery and step-down converter. but one day during use, the Jetson turned off and would not turn back on. So I tried to apply power using the DC adapter that came with it at the time of purchase, but it didn’t turn on and only sparked. I’ll attach a video.

Can you tell me what the problem is and how to solve it?

Hi, it looks like the board had been damaged, some component is shorted to GND. You can try RMA for it. Jetson FAQ | NVIDIA Developer
