Xavier AGX Dev Kit cannot power on, burnt with smoke

Hi,

I was unable to turn on the Xavier Dev Kit today with a 19V/3.42A AC adapter (I’ve used it all the while and it was working), the AC adapter light was flashing. Subsequently I tried to do a hard reset, but smoke started to emit from the Dev Kit.

Can someone advise on what is happening to the Xavier AGX dev kit, and if there is any remedy to the current situation?
