Power rail interpretation

Hi,
I’m trying to measure the power of each power rail and wondering the function units connected to each power rail. I checked the wiki and TRM docs but couldn’t find the info.
I’m wondering:

  • VDD_CPU: does this power rail also include the L1 cache and L2 cache?
  • VDD_SOC: is this power rail independent from the CPU and GPU? Besides, which units are connected to this power rail? Also, is L3 cache connected to this power rail?

Any ideas would be appreciated!
