I am planning to use 12V ATX PSU to power the Jetson Orin Nano Development Kit.
Is it ok to use 12V instead of 19V 2.4A?

I cannot officially answer. I will say though that 12V, if properly regulated, should work. The trick is in the “properly regulated”. One characteristic of a switching power supply is that sometimes they do not regulate well if not under a significant load relative to their max output (I can’t say for sure, but I’ll just throw in a ball park of 5% or 10%). If the load is a reasonable match for the output rail, then I am guessing it will work.
12v is ok as the operating range is 5v~20v as you can see in DS.
