Problem with driver package upgrade from R31.1 to R32.1

When I upgraded the driver package to R32,1 and recompiled the kernel and device tree,
my Xavier couldn`t get into the desktop and kept rebooting.Here is my boot log:

Thanks for information. Actually I don’t suggest you to upgrade between r31 and r32. Would you mind just using the rootfs from jetpack?

I’m not certain this is your issue but I have seen a similar issue. If I build a custom kernel for Xavier and forget to update the modules then I will see a flashing screen. This is because the kernel will attempt to load modules for various hardware and can’t because they aren’t on the filesystem.

The kernel version number is slightly different when you build a custom kernel so won’t load the modules associated with the original kernel.

It seems like the issue is something related with the driver you are developing, one test you can do is to disable your driver from the menuconfig and try to load the kernel image without your driver, that is to confirm you have correctly loaded the modules, and there is not any problem with your environment. If this works the issue is in your driver. Perhaps you are missing something at DTB level.
