Quadro 4000 versus K4000

Hi,

I’m interested in using GPU direct between two graphics cards as well as GPU direct between Matrox AVcio card and graphics cards. Is it preferred to use a Quadro 4000 or one of teh K series? Are there any large advantages or disadvantages?
