Quadro K620 Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration (CUDA) is Not Available

I am using “NVIDIA Quadro K620” graphics card. Video Rendering and Playback “Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration (CUDA)” is not available in Adobe premier pro CC 2019. how to enable it. I was tried NVIDIA latest drivers clean installation also.

also giving eror of

“unable to recover from kernel exception application must be closed”
error code 3 sub code 2

crashing many design application again and again and spoiling my work

Graphics card : NVIDIA Quadro K620
OS : Windows 10 Pro SP1 - 64bit
