Question about booting up the Jetson Xavier NX (PCIe Bus Error)

My Jetson was functioning correctly until I encountered an error that led to continuous logging of the following information. The complete log file is provided below. Despite attempting to reinstall the operating system using SDK Manager (JetPack 4.6.3), I am still able to SSH into the Jetson, but it is unusable with the HDMI cable. What steps should I take to address this issue?
Thank you

What is connected on your PCIe C5 controller? Or you don’t know what does C5 controller mean?

Thank for your prompt response. I don’t know what is C5 Controller mean but I don’t plug any other devices or short any pins. You can see the attached picture for your refer. Thanks a lot.

Let me change the question to another way. Do you have anything connected on the M.2 key M slot on your board?

Yes, I have a SSD connected, but I leave the other M.2 (for wifi) unconnected.

Please remove the SSD and boot up again.

So it means that I have to flash the OS into a SD card and cannot use the SSD?. Cuz now I’m using SSD for the OS

Please be aware that all these things are just debug purpose. What I saw is PCIe controller C5 is dead and C5 is for that M.2 key M slot.

Thus we remove the SSD and boot from sdcard first and see what would happen.
After the sdcard can boot, put the ssd back and reboot again and see if you see same issue.

BTW, please just share dmesg but not the whole syslog. I don’t really need syslog which contains lots of unnecessary info.

Thanks, noted. I’ll try

Sorry, I messed up a bit. I did connected a wifi module to C5. After removing it, the jetson can boot up properly. Now i’m checking if the wifi module dead or the C5 (or both). Thanks for helping!

Generally the wifi card should be put to the m.2 key E slot.

It’s somehow miracle but I disconnect the Wifi card then plug in again and everything work perfectly (?!). I did nothing regarding to the SSD card
