Realsense Viewer cannot detect depth camera on Jetson orin nx super 16GB Jetpack 6.2

Hello, the device I detected while using the D435i depth camera with USB 3.0 interface inserted is actually bus 002 device 007: ID 8086:0b3a Intel Corp Intel (R) RealSense ™ Depth camera 435D.
After expanding with a USB 2.0 docking station, what I detected was a bus 002 device 004: ID 8086:00 b3a Intel Co. Intel (R) Real Sense ™ Depth camera 435i.
Result: When running RealSense Viewer on a USB 3.0 interface, it cannot detect depth cameras. Strangely, it can be used when plugged into a USB 2.0 docking station, but there is a warning that the bandwidth is insufficient. How to solve the problem of not being able to detect depth cameras when running Realsense Viewer on a USB 3.0 interface? Thank you

After unplugging and unplugging the USB interface, check the logs printed by dmesg as follows:

When I plug it into the USB 2.0 docking station, I can detect the depth camera, but dmesg will give an error message as follows. However, because I can use the depth camera in this way, I don’t care.

My problem is that when running Realsense Viewer on a USB 3.0 interface, it cannot detect depth cameras. How can I solve this problem?

You would need to enable certain configs for IMU and rebuild kernel. Please refer to the steps in Jetson AGX Orin FAQ
