Robust OS in Xavier NX against suddent power lost

Hi,

We have a product were people suddenly cut the power on Xavier NX multiple times during the day. We are experiencing OS failure and the Jetson boots into a black screen. How could I protect OS corruption against sudden power loss? I read in the forums that having redundant OS on SSD is an option. This is still not optimal since the redundant OS may get damaged over time too. I need to prevent the damage. Any guidance is appreciated.

Regards,
Farough

Hello,

I’m moving your topic to the Jetson category for visibility.

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
Hence we are closing this topic. If need further support, please open a new one.
Thanks

Hi farough,

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Xavier NX?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

Could you share the full serial console log at this moment?
