Can you please suggest which diode we should use for D64? According to Nvidia info it should be D64 (LS34SG SOD-123,40V,3A).

Hi, what’s your plan on the BBAT design? A chargeable battery or super cap? The diode is not must for that. If you want to use diode, a general one is suitable.
You should use a shottky diode with minimum forward voltage (Vf) for around 0.1V. It will let your battery work longer. Any general purpose diode may become a big pain because of the big forward voltage and battery being discharged quickly than you expect
