RTX loading message on the viewport

I’m new to Isaac sim. I followed the guideline to install Isaac Sim. I’m running it off a PC with a RTX 4090 GPU. when I launch Isaac Sim , it opens but I get a banner message that says " RTX loading"

This is the error message. How can I fix this?

Hi @user113648 - There two GPUs detected in the system. Can you please disable one and then try to run the Isaac Sim?
