SDK Components fails to download and install on host machine(ubuntu 16.04)

Hi Team,

I am trying to bring-up Jetson AGX Xavier with host machine (ubuntu 16.04),
While trying installation using SDK manager on host side i see download and installation failures.

Did anyone see the similar issue on host machine while flashing through sdk manager.
