SDK manager to install jetpack download error

Follow steps from https://docs.nvidia.com/sdk-manager/install-with-sdkm-jetson/index.html
And on STEP 03,there is error to download CUDA Cross Compile Package,download speed less than 50kb/s,always failed

Here is the error:

@pggvngkt: Errors can appear similar, but still be quite different in cause. If you have an error post whatever log you have (if you hover your mouse over the upper right corner quote icon in one of your existing posts, then other icons will show up…the paper clip icon allows attaching files).

Download errors can be network errors, including proxy or firewall issues. A similar looking error might show up if your Ubuntu host is using a bad bzip2 update, but a checksum failure will be noted. If you see a checksum issue, then this may help:

just change another wifi, also use vpn ,i’m from China.
