Sensirion Sensor cannot be detected in Jetson Nano, but it can be detected by RPi and Arduino

I am trying to use Jetson Nano to take reading from Sensirion flow meter. Datasheet can be found here: Product catalog. I can detect and communicate with the sensor in Arduino. I can detect the sensor in RPI, but cannot communicate with it. In Jetson Nano, I simply cannot detect the sensor. The sensor is connected and tested in i2c-0 and i2c-1, respectively with and without pull-up resistors. I changed the i2c rate from 5000 up to 1M and still no luck. Any suggestion?
