Simulate Time-of-Flight 3D Sensor


I am interested in simulating a ToF Sensor in the Isaac Sim environment. Is there a way to modify a lidar configuration so that the pointcloud seems to be the output of a ToF sensor? Can someone help me or even provide the required steps to achieve this?

Using Isaac Sim 2022.2.0.

No plans for ToF sensor that I know of. Maybe if you shortened the range and increased the emitters for a solid state lidar you could get similar.
