Hello,

Can NVIDIA specify the number of expected erase/write cycles the internal storage of the Drive AGX Orin can handle? Specifically, if reflashing were done on a very regular basis, how many reflash cycles could someone reasonably expect before the storage degrades too much to perform any further flashes?

Thanks for the information, a few follow ups:

  • How does one access this descriptor? Is there documentation on how to query the health?
  • While having the current health is very useful for ascertaining where in a lifecycle the storage is, it doesn’t answer the question of how many erase/write cycles we can expect - as a bad ballpark approximation, do you have any information on the erase/write cycles the flash parts are rated for?
